Lime Curd Tart

Lime curd tart is the perfect dessert for a hot summer day; It's sweet and filled with just the right amount of lime zest to taste delicious and extremely refreshing. Following Ina Garten's recipe was easy and fun, and I couldn't wait to try them while I was preparing; The whole apartment smelled like citrus and summer. The end result was delicious! The thick lime curd was irresistible, and I found it hard to limit myself to just one of the cute desserts. This recipe is to be made in a 10" pan, but I decided instead of making one large tart, I'd make twelve individual ones- to let every person enjoy their very own. Both ways are fine, depending on preference and the occasion.
See Recipe here
{ Although this recipe calls for 1/2 cup of
lime juice I decided to add 3/4 of a cup to
be sure the tartness came out as intended.}
Bon Appétit!
