Peas, Mint & Parmesan Crostini

I know I've been keen on the spreads but I'm a snacker!(Hummus and Jalapeño-Pesto)I love that these are all quick to make and fun to eat. This pea spread is extremely refreshing and the colors are exciting. There are very few steps which makes this recipe easy and perfect on a hot New York day! There really isn't anything better than preparing something fresh to eat in minutes. 
My sister bought a gorgeous basil plant and the flavor is unlike any store bought basil I have ever had. Using homegrown ingredients like basil, mint, and parsley is always the best especially in the summer months.
