These baked fries have nothing on them except good kosher
salt and some olive oil cooking spray!
The moment I took them out of the oven, I called my sister to try some. She popped one in her mouth and immediately said, "Wow! These taste so naked!" knowing how she likes her food I knew exactly what she meant: Clean and untampered with, food in it's purest form. That's when I decided to call them naked fries.
1)Peel one large sweet potato, slice it in half,
and then slice it into thin strips.
2) Preheat the oven to 350°.
3) Bake sweet potato strips for 25 minutes,
and then broil for 10 minutes.
4) Sprinkle sweet potato fries with a generous
amount of Kosher salt or Sea salt.
