For Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish new year, I sold homemade honey cakes and honey-cake-gift packages. They are complete with the perfect amount of sweetness, and filled with great spice. On Rosh Hashanah, we eat honey to celebrate, and hope that the coming year should be as sweet as honey. Although it is too late to make an order for honey cakes, I am planning the next upcoming treat and can't wait for everyone to taste it!
